Cash can be directly deposited into our bank account.

Some products, including those identified as Hot Buys, Closeouts, Limited Quantity items, and Free Gifts may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 5 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. All items purchased from Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) are made according to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service vary by manufacturer and product. Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) provide no separate warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions regarding any products sold to you, whether express, implied, or statutory, and including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement of third party rights. you may purchase additional warranty coverage if you pay for our premium warranty plans.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 7 days from the shipping date. That's the best guarantee in the Indian music industry. Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) only accepts returns made within the first 7 days from shipment. Receive a refund for any reason if you return a product within 7 days of your delivery date that is still in brand new condition with the original packaging and with all items delivered with the product.

Please note:Refunds processed against "Non-satisfactory" returns will not include the charges paid towards shipping/logistics at the time of placing the order, except in the case of a product having a defect/damage at the time of delivery.

For products returned with the following conditions below, a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents.
• Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories.
• Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CDs, etc.
• Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process.
• Tampered / Missing barcode from the product.

Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories, like connector cables, or DC power supplies.

• Products received with physical damage must be reported to Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made post this period will not be honored.
• We do not accept returns for the following items:
  • All wind instruments such as Harmonicas, Flutes, Saxophones, etc; all Microphones and all Headphones/ Earphones such as In-ear monitors, True Wireless Earphones, and Headphones – due to hygiene /Covid-19 risks from potential exposure to the mouth/ear area (unless there is a case of product malfunction/product defect).
  • All products with the manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.
  • Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards, or any other product that entails registration to be used. Once registered, the product cannot be reassigned, and hence Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) cannot accept the return.
  • Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers
  • Acoustic Drum Kits and Drum heads cannot be accepted under returns unless there is a case of product malfunction/product defect.
  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in the four core metro areas, a high-quality voltage stabilizer and spike protector are necessary to protect all electronic gear.
  • Products that show willful damage will not be accepted as returns.
  Note* - In case Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) is unable to pick up your shipment due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you may have to ship the products to our facility. The logistic charges involved in these cases would be refunded back to you after the product reaches us.

Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility near Mumbai or Delhi.

All returns must be authorized and the return shipment must be mailed within 8 to 10 business days of receiving the original shipment. The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility. The refunded amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within 3 to 5 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.

If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, please fill and submit the Contact Us form or call us as soon as possible at +91- extension 2, and quote your 6 digit order number. Please note, orders once placed for software and plugins cannot be canceled or returned. If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. • Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) only accepts returns made within the first 7 days after delivery.

• The following items are non-returnable except for defects: opened or used sets of microphones, strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, sound cards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (hygiene issues), raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks.
• Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired after the evaluation for the product is completed.
• The time frame for servicing any pro-audio equipment or musical instrument is not fixed. It would depend on the error/ issue with the product.

• The following items are NOT covered by this warranty.
• Cable damage, Foam damage, Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and batteries, cabinet breakage, broken LED
• Setups, adjustments, or routine maintenance of any kind.
• Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non -approved polishes.
• Any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification from factory standards.
• Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case, or gig bag including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware, etc.
• All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear, and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alteration, misuse, or Acts of Nature.
• Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered, or tampered with in any fashion.
• Any instrument purchased from anyone other than the authorised dealers orDexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL)
• Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.
• Loss or theft.
• Damage caused by battery leakage.
• The cleaning of controls or contacts of electronics due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environments.

We usually stock 75% of what we sell. From time to time, stock shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an approximation of when the item is expected to arrive. If this time is over 15 working days, we will automatically issue a complete refund and place your order on hold. The refund is processed within 7 working days. For orders with multiple products, we will, at your request, ship what is currently in stock and ship the back-ordered item when it arrives at no additional cost.

Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support. Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or statutory damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. you agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services bundled with the products, whether for breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort, or otherwise, Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) shall not be liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products or services under this agreement giving rise to such liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states in India. You agree and represent that you are buying for your personal use only, and not for resale or export.

These terms and conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted following the laws of Delhi as those laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Delhi, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state or district court in Delhi, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
